I believe that you should not have to pay for every minor change to your web site.
Alterations such as replacing a sentence or two in a paragraph of text, changing a date, or amending a small table of numbers, would be carried out for no charge.
Maintenance work which is chargeable would include things like:
- Adding a new page
- Including a new image / photo
- Adding a new function (for example, a form)

New pages and functions are usually charged at the current rate specified for Paged Sites. (See Design Pricing as a general guide.)
For anything which cannot easily be specified on a "per page" basis, I can provide an individual estimate for the work, based on the hourly rate for general maintenance, which is approximately £20 per hour or part thereof.
